Viticulture and wine-making school

The EVVQ (École de viticulture et de vinification) is an itinerant school whose primary objective is to teach viticulture and wine-making in cold climates. Following many questions and inquiries from people who visit our businesses, we decided to combine our knowledge to share with others the art of viticulture and wine-making, to show the richness of Quebec’s local produce and to offer specialized courses taught by those in the area of expertise.
