Several activities will be available on-site, including sampling of delicious products from local producers and succulent dishes, made from local produce, prepared by regional restaurant owners. For this 13th edition, we are pleased to welcome Jean-Francois Plante from the program “Salut Bonjour”, who will animate the battle of the Chefs on Saturday, August 22 as well as the culinary workshops on Sunday, August 23rd.
