Production method: Selected juice from well ripened seyval grapes. Must clarification by decanting (as in a fermentation off skins). Fortified with alcohol and matured in reservoirs without fill-ups for several months.
Description: Amber-coloured mistelle. Light and lengthy aftertaste, aromas of toasted bread and dried fruits (prunes).
With foie gras, pâtés, and desserts. Ideal as an aperitif, with goat cheese or blue cheese.
