Cuvée Charlotte

A blend of Seyval (80%), Geisenheim (15%) and Chardonnay (5%) harvested at full maturity. All made into individual wines, they are aged on lees for five months, then drawn off and blended. Cuvée Charlotte has notes that are floral (iris), mineral and slightly woodsy (mushrooms, ferns). Full-bodied in the mouth with a certain liveliness, it confirms the bouquet while adding a hint of pear and tangerine

The Cuvée Charlotte accompanies well the seafood, lobster, white grilled fish(BBQ) and certain soft cheeses.

Cuvée Julien is a blend of Maréchal Foch, Baco and De Chaunac, all picked separately and made into wine in individual stainless steel vats. Cuvée Julien reveals a bouquet of fruit (blackberries, black currants) as well as current buds and grape tannins.

Serve with mildly-seasoned red meat or white meat (rabbit, chicken, guinea fowl).
