The Boisé d’Havelock is made from 100% Seyval Blanc and is aged in America oak barrels from 6 to 9 months. This supple gold colored wine has attractive aromas of toasted vanilla.

It can be paired with fine cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.

With a nice cherry color, this refreshing rosé wine, soft and mellow, emits flavours of fruits and a taste of small berries such as strawberry. Serve chilled as an aperitif or to accompany a salad, paté or chicken.
