Dry wine, Rosé12,7% alc/vol
Harvest date: From September 17th to 30th. Vinification - Pressed directly after a few hours of cold maceration to extract its colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 5 weeks at 15 degrees. There is no malolactic fermentation. Aging on the lees is very short. The wine is bottled in early spring.
Food wine pairing:
Aperitif wine or on the patio. Pairs well with salmon, grilled shrimp, poultry or meats. Cheese suggestions : Semi-firm such as 14 Arpents, Doré-Mi and Le Fou du Roy.

Serve between 9 and 11°C
