Dry wine, Red13.0% alc/vol
This fresh, light, garnet colored wine, opens with a fairly intense nose of mixed berries – raspberries, strawberries and blackcurrants. Soft, lush and velvety (supple), it gives off silky, balanced, light tannins that retain their vitality to the end.
Food wine pairing:
roast beef, calf’s liver, grilled chicken, cold cuts, cheeses with a slightly moldy crust.
