Prestige wine, Red12,5% alc/vol
Harvest date: From October 1st to 15th. Vinification - A careful selection of our more qualitative varietals. Each is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation begins in stainless steel and is completed in oak barrels in order to allow for a thorough aging of a minimum of 12 months. 90% are French oak and 10% American. The assembly is done just before bottling. The wine is lightly filtered to keep its character.
Food wine pairing:
Pairs well with grilled meats, steaks, stews and game meats. Cheese suggestions: Washed rind firm cheeses such as Napoléon, Oka aux champignons, Alfred Le Fermier.

Serve between 15 and 17°C
