Sparkling wine, Rosé12,5% alc/vol
Harvest date: 2nd week of September or when first grapes are harvested. Vinification: Method called "traditional" with first fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle and aging at least 9 months to refine the bubbles and increase the aromatic complexity. Disgorgement and manual addition of pink bottling dosage (liquer de tirage).
Food wine pairing:
Aperitif wine. Pairs well with appetizers and fruit-based desserts.
Temperature
Serve between 8 and 10°C.
