Our Réserve Blanc de St-Jacques is an assemblage of Seyval, Vidal & Vandal-Cliche. Each varietal is fermented separately in new oak barrels by the ''batonnage'' method for 6 months on the lies.
Food wine pairing:
Serve with fish, poultry in a creamy sauce and/or mushrooms or sea food pasta.
