A dry rosé wine named after our village, is produced from the Sainte-Croix grape variety. Its cherry colour evoques the taste of wild berries, especially the raspberry. Light and well balanced with a closing note of freshness.
Food wine pairing:
Great for summer salads, cold cuts, smoked salmon and grilled meat. A winner on a picnic.
